Precautions
- Shake well before use.
- Wear skin protection (nitrile gloves) and eye protection.
- Wear respiratory protection in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas.
- Avoid contact with unfinished aluminum and sensitive trim.
- Test in an inconspicuous area before full application.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Dilution & Mixing
- Foam Cannon: 1 oz per gallon of water (128:1) for rich foam pre-wash.
- Two-Bucket Wash: ½ oz per gallon of water (256:1) for heavy decontamination.
- Spot Treatment: Up to 1:10 (12 oz per gallon) for stubborn stains and heavy soils.
Prep
- Rinse vehicle thoroughly with low-pressure water to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Mask or cover sensitive areas (raw aluminum trim, leather, vinyl) to prevent overexposure.
- Fill foam cannon or wash bucket with water, then add Decon Soap at the recommended ratio.
Application
- Foam Pre-Soak (Optional):
- Apply foam from top to bottom, covering all painted, plastic, and metal surfaces.
- Allow 2–3 minutes dwell time—do not let foam dry.
- Two-Bucket Wash:
- Load a clean wash mitt with soapy water and wash one panel at a time in straight, overlapping strokes.
- After each panel, rinse the mitt in the rinse bucket before reloading with fresh suds.
- For spot treatment, spray or apply higher-strength solution directly on stains, agitate lightly, then rinse.
- Rinse:
- Thoroughly rinse each panel with low-pressure water, working top to bottom.
After Care
- Immediately dry with a soft microfiber towel or blow-dry to prevent water spots.
- Inspect surfaces for residual contamination; repeat wash or spot treatment as necessary.
- Proceed with paint correction, polishing, or application of sealants/coatings on a fully clean, residue-free surface.
