Shipping policy

  • Order processing times. Processing time to shipping can vary based upon order volume and when order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays. Packages ship when the order is complete.
  • Shipping options. The House of Rags Orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx. 
  • Shipping costs. Free shipping on orders over $99 (continental US only). Excludes orders with Detail Co Paint Protection Film. (SKU: DCPPFG, DCPPFG2, and DCPPFM)
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please see our refund policy. 
  • Order tracking details. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with UPS or FedEx tracking information. If you don't see this email please check your spam or junk folder. 

 

Shipping Liability Policy – The House of Rags

At The House of Rags, we work hard to ensure every order is shipped accurately and delivered on time. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.

Carrier Delivery Errors

If a package is misdelivered, delivered to the wrong address, lost, or otherwise mishandled by the shipping carrier, The House of Rags is not liable for the mistake.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Carrier delays or failed delivery attempts

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout

  • Tracking their shipment using the tracking information provided

  • Contacting the carrier directly for any delivery disputes or claims

While The House of Rags is not liable for carrier delivery errors, we will gladly help provide tracking details and assist you with filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
