Paicar 01 Heavy Cut
Designed to deliver effective and versatile correction, this compound is ideal for removing heavy swirl marks, moderate scratches and noticeable defects, including sanding marks between P1500 and P2000.
Its balanced water-based formula ensures smooth and controlled workability, allowing the operator to achieve consistent results with minimal risk of secondary defects. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used with rotary polishers for more aggressive correction, or with dual-action polishers for a more refined and controlled finish.
Its composition allows a progressive removal of defects, making it perfect for intermediate correction work on new, used, or repainted finishes. The product removal is extremely easy, reducing working time and simplifying the cleaning process.
1. Surface preparation
Make sure the surface is clean and properly decontaminated (thorough wash, clay bar if necessary).
Completely dry the panel before starting the polishing process.
2. Pad choice
For more aggressive correction: use a microfiber pad with a rotary polisher.
For a superior finish: use a medium foam pad with a dual action polisher.
3. Product application
Shake the bottle well.
Apply 3–4 drops of product onto the pad.
Spread the compound over the panel with the machine turned off, lightly dabbing it on.
4. Work process
Start spreading PAICAR 01 at the lowest speed.
Gradually increase the speed to activate the abrasive action,
Work in areas of approximately 40×40 cm (16×16 in), using cross-hatch passes (horizontal and vertical).
Apply light pressure, keeping the pad flat on the surface.
5. Result inspection
After 3–4 passes, stop the polishing cycle (approximately 2 minutes).
Remove the residue with a clean, soft microfiber towel.
Inspect the panel with an inspection light to verify the removal of defects.
6. Finishing
If necessary, proceed with a finishing polish to increase gloss and depth. Protect the surface with a sealant or wax.
Pro tips
Always work in controlled environments, avoiding direct sunlight.
Clean or replace the pad regularly to avoid saturation.
Always test the product on a small area first before proceeding on the entire vehicle.
