M-Shine is one of our star players here at Chem-X. M-Shine is the premier mirror polished aluminum cleaner on the market today. M-Shine cleans out the aluminum and removes oxidation while restoring the reflectiveness of the polished aluminum. If used on a regular basis it will greatly increase the lifespan of your polished aluminum, resulting in less time and money spent on polishing and more time spent on whatever you like!
On top of maintaining your polished aluminum, M-Shine works great as a wheel and rim cleaner, removes diesel soot build up, erases bugs and breaks down road film. It can also be used as an effective tool to neutralize inorganic salts helping to increase the lifespan of your vehicle.

Versus Traditional Acid Cleaners
Unlike harsh hydrofluoric acid-based cleaners, M-Shine provides effective oxidation removal without the safety hazards or surface damage risks associated with dangerous acid formulations.
Versus Polish-Only Products
M-Shine combines cleaning and light restoration capabilities in a single product, eliminating the need for separate cleaners and polishes in most applications.
Professional-Grade Formulation
Developed specifically for commercial vehicle applications where aluminum surfaces face extreme contamination from diesel soot, road salt, and environmental pollutants.
Directions:
Maintenance Washing (10:1 to 100:1 Dilution)
For routine maintenance of lightly soiled aluminum surfaces:
- Mix 4 oz M-Shine with 2 gallons of water in wash bucket
- Apply using soft-bristle brush or microfiber wash mitt
- Work from bottom to top to prevent streaking
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water
Foam Cannon Application (3:1 Dilution)
Ideal for covering large surface areas efficiently:
- Fill foam cannon 1/4 with M-Shine concentrate, top with water
- Set metering valve to minimum for optimal foam consistency
- Allow 30-60 second dwell time before agitation
- Brush surface and rinse immediately
Heavy-Duty Decontamination (Undiluted Application)
For severely oxidized or contaminated aluminum:
- Apply M-Shine undiluted to affected areas
- Use medium-grade aluminum brush for agitation
- Work in 2x2 foot sections to prevent product drying
- Rinse thoroughly and assess results before additional applications
